My father and i purchased this on the side of the road and started to restore the vehicle, and soon realized itneeded a professional. Used a british automotive restorer here in dallas, texas and after a couple of years had agreat car. My father is no longerable to enjoy, so it is time to move along this wonderful car to someone else. The car has a soft top, no sidecurtains, behind the seat and a clean title.

Yd3-1194 is a nicely restored twin cam with very low actual miles only 17,800. This car was restored at the end of2005 and quickly auctioned off in january of 2006 and apparently never driven or used since. At the time ofrestoration the car had 17250 miles. It's as clean as when the restoration was finished. The engine holds excellentoil pressure and runs strong i've driven it lightly since i've owned it and all systems function as they should. There are a couple paint chips but overall the body, interior, chassis, and drive train are in very nice shape. Thetop is in good shape however there are no side curtains. .

I bought this british racing green mgb roadster in 2011, proceeded to remove the heavy, weak 1800 cc 4 banger and 4 speed transmission and then engage in a year long assembly process to install a lightweight, all-aluminum buick 215 ci v8 and 5 speed camaro gearbox. British leyland had actually performed the same engine conversion years ago in a mgb gt, so it was not an unknown feat. There is in reality, a huge support network both here and in england for this exact conversion. The performance transformation with this engine and drivetrain is truly exhilarating. It now accelerates with the speed of a modern high powered sports car and thanks to the 5th gear overdrive, can cruise comfortably on a highway at very low rpms. I get close to 30 mpg on the highway! Unfortunately, i just turned 75 and can't get my 6 foot plus frame in and out of the car the way i used to, so i've decided it's time to give the car a new home. The mgb however, is in great shape. There is a little rust under the passenger side dogleg, but that's it. The top is in good shape. All the conversion bugs have been sorted out and its truly a pleasure to drive. The car was painted by the previous owner just prior to my purchase. The usually objectionable black rubber bumpers were painted the same color as the body and i get a lot of complements on this feature. Everything works (signals, wipers, horn, lights. Heater, washers, etc.).

I restored my 1973 mg model b roadster. It was repainted to it's original color, white, by a professional and most of the pieces and parts have been replaced with brand new ones, -brand new soft top-brand new interior kit-brand new tires with less than one mile on them! Are to name just a few! The pictures speak for themselves. It runs great and sounds great! I have the title in hand and it is clean!
